Chief Executive/Director of Education/Executive Head teacher - Trevor Averre-Beeson
Trevor has been in the education business for nearly 30 years and is responsible for managing and developing Lilac Sky Schools operations. Training as an economist, trying hard to be a rock star in the 80's the father of four turned his hand to teaching and it quickly became his passion. Trevor has been Head and Executive Head of 4 schools, 3 in London, over the last 30 years. As Chief Exec of the company he remains hands on - both as Executive Head of Sky College and undertaking consultancy in partner schools, leading training seminars, auditing schools, writing for the TES as well as contributing as educational commentator on the BBC, ITV,Radio 5, The Gaurdian and Teachers TV.

Executive Principal – Chris Bowler
Chris has been a Headteacher/Principal of five successful secondary schools in London and the South. He set up and led two brand new schools including a PFI school and a new academy. He is rated ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED . Chris has taught for over 30 years and has known Trevor for 20 years since they were Deputy Headteachers together in Essex. Raising achievement in schools is Chris’s passion and he enjoys working with teachers and leaders across the school and college spectrum. His relentless determination and his caring and supportive nature make him a popular choice for headteachers and teachers alike.

Principal Leader - Curriculum and Achievement Specialist - Jane Fielding
Jane co-founded Lilac Sky schools with Trevor and is equally involved in the running of the organisation. She acts as a senior leader, behaviour coach and achievement leader. As a trained actress, Drama teacher and English specialist - Jane has taught for 15 years and is an experienced middle and senior leader in London schools. Jane’s vivacity, warmth and kindness are central to the core principals of Lilac Sky. Qualities she learned earning her stripes on the chalk face in Central London and Manchester Schools.

Principal Leader - Annie Donaldson
Annie has worked as a successful school leader for over 30 years with experience of teaching in inner-city schools and of school leadership in challenging environments. She has consistently been rated as 'outstanding' by OFSTED and has set up and led an academy. Her experience as Head of Department and Year, Deputy and Head Teacher are second to none. She specialises in school transformation, leadership and management, leading learning and behaviour management. Her ability to form excellent working relationships and work strategically are key within Lilac Sky Schools.

Principal Leader - Jill Howson
Jill , also a trained actress, Drama and former Head of English emerged from Islington Green School to become one of Lilac Sky Schools most trusted Senior Leaders. Jill is tenacious, relentless and will accept no less than the very best for staff and students under her guidance.

Director of Learning - Robert Cochrane
Robert is an experienced and inspirational senior leader. He heads up our major school contracts at Lilac Sky Schools and develops bids, leads training and is a crucial transformational force for change in our schools. He is a reflective practitioner with a passionate belief that all young people can succeed in some way. Removing the barriers to learning is the key to children progressing and developing. Ofsted commented that he is a good leader who ‘quickly grasps the issues and creates clear plans to move forward’. Robert has significant school transformation experience and has worked in four London secondary schools in a twelve year career.

Business Manager - Emma Mottram
Emma has worked for the company since its inception and is the rock around which it is formed. Emma is responsible for driving forward business development across the Company, including managing our Major Sales Team, and has Board responsibility for community engagement and organisational capacity.

Achievement Leader - Vicky Rezaie
Vicky is the senior manager with responsibility for our Maths and Languages division. She is central to the development of our work within a number of Secondary Mathematics departments, raising exam results and increasing educational opportunities for many students. She also oversees our staff in the primary sector, helping to deliver the Modern Foreign Languages entitlement and celebrating the cultural diversity of the Lilac Sky Schools family of schools.
Achievement Leader - Amy Hagan
Amy has taught for 10 years and, as a former Head of English, is an experienced English teacher, middle leader, mentor and trainer. She is central to the development of our work within a number of Secondary Schools, particularly in leading departments, raising exam results and increasing educational opportunities for students. Amy is a dedicated and supportive professional who is passionate about school improvement that ultimately leads to an organised and productive teaching environment and a positive learning experience for the
individual student.
